Mary Wells started her career as a real estate agent in her early thirties. When Mary was young her aunt Flo was someone special in her life. She knew she wanted the same career as her aunt before she even knew what it was. Mary Wells was raised in Amarillo Texas where she realized her love of real estate. In 1990, Mary moved to Cleburne Texas where she met her loving husband Christopher Wells. Mary and Christopher have four loving children and tons of beautiful grandchildren. Along with dozens of foster kids that have come in and out over the years. Mary Wells recently opened a Real Estate office in the Galveston area. She also has agents in North Texas and a referral agent in the panhandle. In 2018 the Wells family lost their oldest daughter Julia Wells as a result of human trafficking. Now Mary Wells works alongside several nonprofit organizations to bring human trafficking awareness and education to Texas. In 2021 the Wells family worked alongside the Texas Congress to ensure the creation of senate bill 1831. Senate bill 1831 has an amendment called The Julia Wells Act. In Memory of Julia Wells the family actively fought to add human trafficking education onto driver’s education.
